The Green Mountain Amateur Radio Society is made up of amateur radio operators with interests in the following areas:

• Digital communication modes
• Linked repeater and remote base systems
• SKYWARN and severe weather tracking
• Emergency communications and community support
• HF operations (Local, DX, and mobile)

The purpose of the society is to enjoy and expand these areas.
